Is there a minimum number of passengers required to use RezMagic?
As our pricing model is based on annual volume, we require a minimum of 500 passengers per year.

Can I use my existing website with RezMagic?
Yes, we add a simple link to your existing website to turn it into a fully functional “booking engine” capable of making reservations and collecting payments.

How long does it typically take to “go live” with a new company and or event?
We are very reactive. Typically, a new customer can go live within 21 days of contracting.

Is RezMagic installed in my office, or how does that work?
RezMagic is a cloud based product. We are hosted in the Amazon Web Servicesenvironment. No install is required as the product is 100% web based.

Do I need a merchant account to use RezMagic?
Yes. We process payments through secure API connections to the payment gateway or product of your choice. We have existing interfaces to most of the major gateway products and will add a new one if needed.

Does RezMagic take customer service calls from my customers?
No. We are customer service to you, our client, but not to your customers.

How much does it cost to use RezMagic?
We charge a one-time per person reservation fee for all new bookings and a monthly hosting and support fee. There is also a one-time setup fee for all new clients. Our prices are based on your annual volume – total customers in a calendar year. We would be happy to provide you a quote.

Does RezMagic handle only cruise events?
No – while we do facilitate a very number of charter cruises and group cruise business, we also handle land-based events, conferences and all types of ticketing events.

Is RezMagic “Scaleable” – can it handle large events with high demand?
Absoluelty. Our architecture allows us to add additional servers as needed for high demand events that sell out quickly. We also have our own internal “Queuing” tool to manage traffic control, much like the giant ticketing firms use.
